Formation of Susquehanna Personnel Management Association was like many dreams, just that, until a few concerned human resource executives in the area finally decided that this type of organization was needed and gathered together to do something about it.  This organization has grown and today finds itself with over 100 members from the Central Pennsylvania Region and growing.

We are dedicated to promoting the Human Resource Profession and are here as a resource to you – offering local newsletter information, legal and legislative updates along with all of the resources that SHRM (of which we are an affiliate) has to offer.

SHRMA is not limited to HR professionals. Many managers wear a variety of "hats" and SHRMA provides current information about legal compliance and employment law.  So come join us and network and learn from other Human Resource Professionals in our area.
