Kelley E. Kaufman is an attorney in McNees’ Labor & Employment, Education Law, and Automobile Dealer Practice Groups. Kelley regularly defends employers in employment-related litigation before federal and state Courts and agencies. She counsels employers of all industries and sizes on a variety of labor and employment law issues, including those relating to discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, family/medical leave and accommodations, litigation avoidance, restrictive covenants and reductions in force, and more. In addition, Kelley conducts internal investigations for employers, as well as training programs on a broad range of labor and employment law topics.

John U. Baker is an attorney in the State College office of McNees Wallace & Nurick. John provides legal counsel on a variety of labor and employment, healthcare and litigation matters to clients in the private and public sectors. His experience ranges from counseling on day-to-day employment issues, employment policies, compliance with state and federal employment laws to collective bargaining and labor negotiations, as well as healthcare compliance, risk management, safety and privacy. John is a frequent speaker for various human resource and employer groups throughout the state. John is a native of Centre County and resides in State College.

Austin Wolfe is an attorney in McNees’ Labor and Employment Group. He counsels businesses of all sizes, non-profits, and government entities through a broad spectrum of issues arising in the workplace. He assists clients with compliance challenges and litigation involving state and federal employment laws, wage and hour issues, discrimination claims, prevailing wage, and OSHA inspections and enforcement. Austin also represents public and private employers on issues involving labor relations, collective bargaining, and labor arbitrations, and provides counsel to employers facing union organizing campaigns.
This session has been submitted for recertification credits with SHRM and HRCI. Chapter members in good standing with their dues and non-members that have paid the nominal fee will receive these credits if in attendance for a minimum of 50 minutes of the program.
