This presentation will help guide HR professionals through the process of designing a Comprehensive Employee Benefits Program that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent. The focus will be on developing a financially responsible benefits package that addresses the diverse needs of the workforce.

With over 25 years in the insurance industry in the health insurance industry, Chris is always eager to share his experiences and knowledge to help employers and individuals throughout the Central PA region. Chris worked in Managed Care and Third Party Contracting for Evangelical Community Hospital and Geisinger Health System before joining the Sholley Insurance Agency in 2002. For the past ten years, Chris has been a Principal in the Agency, leading the individual and group benefits department.
